  • Revitalizing your health and promoting longevity can be as simple as refining your daily breathing techniques. Conscious breathing is one of the most accessible paths to well-being, and by harnessing the energetic and vibrational power of breath, you can transform your health. I'm dedicated to guiding you through that journey.

    Every month, I help hundreds of men and women elevate their well-being with a variety of breathwork techniques. Together, we shift overwhelm, stress, depression, anxiety, and brain fog into states of deep relaxation, groundedness, mental clarity, and focus—leading to better sleep, higher productivity and revitalized health. My methods are drawn from over 30 years of study across diverse breathwork traditions, including Zen, Holotropic, SOMA, YIN, Neurodynamic, Wim Hof, Pranayama, and Transformational Breath.

    With some of these techniques, expanded states of consciousness are often reached, leading to unexpected profound healings, this is especially true for FOHB (frequency over holotropic) sessions.  This is especially true when I add specific frequencies to the sessions.

    Note: Some sessions use a multi-modality approach, incorporating both breath and sound/frequency/vibration (vibro-acoustics) to release stored stress, emotions, trauma, and injuries. Think of it as an internal massage that unwinds tension from the inside out.

Private Sessions: Conscious breathing can both relax and invigorate the body and mind, so we will explore together the type of breathing that is best suited to your needs. In person or virtual. I will meet you where you are.

Group Sessions available:

  • Holotropic Breathwork® is a powerful approach to self-exploration and personal empowerment that relies on our innate inner wisdom and its capacity to move us toward positive transformation and wholeness. The name Holotropic means literally “moving toward wholeness” (from the Greek “holos”=whole and “trepein”=moving in the direction of something).The process combines accelerated breathing with evocative music in a special set and setting. With an eye mask and lying on a mat, each person uses their own breath and the music in the room to enter a non-ordinary state of consciousness. 

    Acknowledging, accessing and supporting the inner healing intelligence and impulse in each individual is the essential cornerstone of this approach. The theoretical framework integrates insights from psychedelic research, anthropology, various depth psychologies, transpersonal psychology, Eastern spiritual practices, and mystical traditions of the world.  The altered states reached  in this modality activate the natural inner healing process of the individual’s psyche, bringing the seeker a particular set of internal experiences. With the inner healing intelligence guiding the process, the quality and content brought forth is unique to each person and for that particular time and place. While recurring themes are common, no two sessions are ever alike

  • The half day entails a minimum of 2.5hrs of breathing w/special pre-recorded music. Because of my frequency, neuroscience background in sound science, I overlay specific bowl frequencies and other instruments, so I prefer offering FOHB (Frequency Over Holotropic Breathwork). The breathwork is followed by an hour of specific integration practices to enable processing and assimilation of what the subconscious presented during the session.

  • One of the most unique and powerful dimensions of Holotropic Breathwork  is its revolutionary expanded cartography of the human psyche described by Stanislav Grof. Experiences occur, and transformation happens, not only in the biographical dimension – our life history from birth up to the present moment. But they also encompass what Grof calls the perinatal and transpersonal dimensions of the psyche. The transpersonal dimension includes the realms of the archetypes described by Carl Jung, as well as many other collective experiences described by world spiritual traditions, and phenomena not previously mapped by any other tradition..
