Karen is a passionate advocate for changing the healthcare paradigm AND is a devoted wellness innovator. She is a health facilitator, avid researcher, energy worker and speaker. Prior to her cancer diagnosis in 2016, Karen was passionate about body wellness since 1991. BUT her day job was a consultant, a Corporate Teacher, an Agile Coach and a team facilitator. She had an incredibly successful career in Corporate America, but has since moved on to be a leader and speaker in health innovation for the masses.
Karen now helps men and women create radiant health, energetic resonance and deep connection to their bodies through a unique method that combines the ancient healing modalities of sound, breath work, reiki, reflexology and aromatherapy massage. She is most passionate about speaking to corporations about how to effectively impact the employee base, create effective focus and ground themselves so that they can be effective in their daily work.
